Not bad.
Anyway! Back on topic!
Another recipe of mine is my famous Two Man Lasagna! named thusly because I always make it with my best friend.
Ingredients!
Sausage
Spinache
Lasagna Noodles
Tomatos
Tomato sause
Tomato Paste
Garlic (lots of it!)
Onion (see adendum to garlic)
Basil
Oregano
Cayanne Pepper
Mozzeralla
Parmessan
Ricotta
Mix the sause (tomatos, paste, sause, garlic, basil, oregano, cayanne pepper) in a big bowl. Fry up the sausage, boil the noodles. Get out a big pan. Put sause in bottom. Then add noodles, then riccotta, then sausage and spinache, then sause then the cheeses. Repeate till the pan is full and cook in oven. It's good stuff!
