Ok here's the question, most animated images are GIF images right? But I have aseen some that are Jpeg, how can I make my images animated jpegs?
Because mixi will only allow jpg files. And I have seen animated user icons on there.
Can some one tell me how to do that? |

It's impossible to animate JPGs.
Chances are what you saw were actually GIFs - perhaps Mixi used to allow them, or those are offsite-linked pictures. |
