Recently I have been getting in to writing my own Japanese song lyrics. I have just finished writing the English lyrics to one. And I wanted to get some opinions.
So here it is.

As the wind carries you along with your emotions,
time is no matter
Believe in the love which is given, believe
in yourself.
The tears that I have shed are symbols,
symbols of my love and faith in you
and even though our paths are different
I believe we can meet at the place where
our love is strongest
Photos and memories are different,
one can be lost but the other will never leave
Believe in chance, believe in us
We may be apart but our hearts are attached
We will meet at that special place like when we were kids
someday again.
I can already feel the warmth.

I may have to do some re writing because there are some words in the song that are not in the Japanese language. I'm going to see if I can get some help finding the proper kanji for the lyrics. It's going to take me awhile to find the right kanji for it. But it will be done.
So what do you guys think? |

Those are the English lyrics..  What do you mean the name? "Believe"
As for keeping it in English, not likely. I don't really like American music. |

www.engrish.com should give you a good idea of what I'm talking about.
The song doesn't flow well in English, to my opinion, but it is written for Japanese (and I don't know how it sounds in Japanese). |

I'd do better hearing it, reading lyrics never sound right to me unless I have the music in my head. |
