That stupid code right there is one of the reasons I don't get one. Nintendo needs to get real, their online sucks. I hope they get it right with the next system. Guess we'll find out at E3.

But I do want one, when I was down there I saw lol omg, I'm horrible with names. I saw someones, and the tech was really cool. Beautiful screen, nice effect. I'm sold on 3D whether it be with or without glasses. If you've seen Mortal Kombat in 3D, you know what I mean. It is simply better. Graphics can only portray depth to a certain degree, the 3D really enhances it. If you have the chance to check it out, definately do.

Yeah... the codes are annoying.

But at least this time around it's just one code... the code for the system... the games themselves don't have codes.

So it's a step in the right direction.

Do the 3d ones have the gba slot? Thats why i never got a Dsi... I have a camera and i like to be able to play Link to the Past Laughing

It does not. The 3DS is a new system, not just a DS upgrade like the DSi is.

But the 3DS does play DS games.

By the way, that's the exact reason I never got a DSi.
I have a DS Lite and a 3DS

apparently they arent selling well, they are suppose to drop to something more reasonable this month. might pick one up if that is the case. i kinda want that pokedex 3d or whatever. been playing alot of pokemon white

That price drop made me briefly consider one, but the only game I know I want on the platform is Pilotwings. I love me some Pilotwings, but it still a 200$ buy in...frankly I'm getting on the bandwagon that dedicated mobile gaming is becoming increasingly niche. I'm looking forward to Gamefreak branching out to publish on iOS.

I'm kinda getting the best of both worlds with the way I did it. I never expected the drop to be as big as it is.

I thought it was going to be $50... drop to $200, that makes sense right?

I got mine on Ebay for $215 shipped... that's the price it would be if it was $200 + tax and I thought that's where it would be later so I figured I wasn't really losing anything.

With this amount of a drop, I dropped an extra $30 on the system, but I also get the 20 free games.

Sweet, yeah I'm picking one up before the sale. The 20 free is too good to pass up.
