So, I work at the local Honky Tonk, Even Odds, one of Pell City/Cropwell's bars, right...I work back in the kitchen...Well, Friday nights are always busy...But good god, lord help me, wish me luck.
It's Race Weekend. In Talladega. 20/30 Minutes away. X_x I work in a COUNTRY, HONKY-TONK, BAR....On RACE WEEKEND. I'm dead meat. I don't know how well I handle stress, but, We're certainly going to find out...
Not only that, our OTHER expediter quit...and so, unless they've hired me some help, all the extra things no one has the time to pick up will be MY responsibility.
...Our expediter quit, one of our waitresses quit, and the dishwasher...so it's Me, the cook, the owner, ONE waitress, and the bartender...
We're expecting a full house...>_< I have to leave in about 10 minutes...by the time I come home, I may be dead.

I used to work at a fast food joint not a mile from where they hold Southern Nationals.
Yeah, that was scary to say teh least.
