I figured this would be an interesting thread to start. Basically, what song is currently stuck in your head? But instead of just listing the song, why not add a little back story and/or commentary on how it makes you want to tear your own hair out, etc? Maybe we can help each other un-stick some of these things...or stick entirely new songs!

Sad to say, but currently I've had stuck in my head since yesterday...

Journey - Don't Stop Believing

I heard it while buying coffee at lunchtime yesterday at Dunkin' Donuts, and I haven't been able to get it out of my head since. I don't know what it is about this song, but for some reason I want to start singing it out loud. I'm going to go get some coffee at lunch today, so maybe something else will replace it.

I just love the chorus and the fact that it is about a woman going after what she wants. It's a really powerful idea of a cofident sexy woman wanting some action.

The newest song stuck in my head is the song Hermes sings in Futurama in the episode where they have to go to Central Bureaucracy to get Bender's brain back.
