Chapter One: A Ninja's Quest
A short time ago, on one of the smallest planets of the universe, in the little land of the east known as the Eastern Lands, a young ninja was embarking upon a quest to find The Dark Blade of Miniopia and complete her training.
"It will not be easy..." her great master Pow Ting advised her, "There will be much trial and tribulation in returning this sword to the rightful ownership of the ninja."
She nodded humbly, "Where, Great Master, shall I seek the blade?"
He looked at her wisely but with great admiration and after a moment he spoke, "You will find it where there is great battle and conflict but also where there is potential for great power."
Realizing that he would tell her no more she bowed to him in farewell and hurried upon her journey.
She moved quickly from village to villiage and country to country looking for signs and listening intently to the conversations of townsfolk for anything reguarding a blade.
After a little over a year she stopped in an inn in a remote town and as she was about to eat she overheard two villagers speaking of a neighboring land where people travelled from all over Miniopia to battle and compete against those who profess to have the greatest powers in the world. The words of her master echoed in her mind "....where there is great battle..." and "....potential for great power."
She listened intently for the duration of her meal and as she got up to leave she asked the name and location of this place of battle. They told her somewhat inquizatively but she gave them no time to ask questions for by evening she was standing upon a mountainside overlooking...
