what leves do you have to be on to unlock ulimate and very hard
and if you go on multiplayer on hard etc will you have the chance to find the same weapons?  |

Online... I believe VH is Level 40 and Ultimate is Level 80. To unlock them offline, you just have to beat the game.
I have Ultimate unlocked offline since I beat VH, but not Online since I'm only level 73
