Hewlett-Packard laptop computer, comes with all the standard stuff and that in particular:
-Athlon 2500
-512 MB DDR RAM
-40 gig hard drive
-Firewire
-2 USB plugs
-LAN plug, plus wireless LAN
-CD-RW/DVD drive
Total would come to about 1500$ Canadian after tax. |

Changed. Instead, I ordered the following from dell.ca:
-Dell Inspiron 1150
+go from 512 RAM to 512 RAM with less delay
+a leather carrying case (mom's suggestion)
After shipping and taxes and instant rebates, came to 1,620 Canadian dollars. |

It was a 2.8 GHz. Either way I'd have payed huge sums of money for any laptop. Basically, I either had a very, very shitty system for 1000 bucks, or I had a relatively good system for 2000. I ended up finding, with some help, a great system for just 1600. |

N E thing is better than a hewlett packard. The only thing that company is good for making is a lot of trouble, hardships, and headaches. My personal opinion. |
