Sakura Festival at TUNA

Hope this is the right place tp post these. For the last two years around my school, the small, but growing population of Japanese students puts on a small Sakura Festival in our Univerity Center. Its one of the cooler things that goes on around school, in my somewhat biased opinion, so I thought I'd throw together a few pics to post here. Theres little if anything anime-ish about it, but it is a nice little view into Japanese culture. One of the most amazing things I find about it is that they're holding it in North Alabama.

It lasts about two to three hours (depending on the International Weeks' schedule) and it covers three or four events. In addition to the events, there's a small offering of food and novelties for souveneirs. Among them this year was... well, I don't really know what to call it. Gelatin is all I can say. Not my favorite part. Now, on to the pictures...
