Snoopy - Oh yeah, you heard me!

Ok, I know some of you are coming here hoping that I was going to bash the Single greatest creation known to man created by Charles M. Shultz. Well, if you were hoping to read about me flaming the Peanuts gang then I'd like you to meet my good friends Buck and Shot. They feel their lives will never be complete till they've taken a stroll through your skull.

Now, with the violence out of the way I can complain more good-like.

Growing up as a child I would watch a buncha TV due to my not having a life and hating sunlight. Anywho, one of my favorite things was to watch me up some Snoopy (AKA Peanuts Cartoons). These spanned the whole yer with such cartoons as: Welcome to France Charlie Brown, Charlie Brown and the Great Pumpkin, Merry Christmas Charlie Brown, Happy Valentines Day Chalie Brown, It's a New Year Charlie Brown, etc. (Not some names may be wrong...Mods feel free to edit)

Anywho, now that I'm older and have realized how I've taken Peanuts cartoons for granted I have also realized I HAVE NOT SEEN ONE IN OVER A YEAR! Nope, I scanned every TV guide thingy ALL X-mas season, I perused EVERY channel ALL Halloween night, I surfed ever TV wave all summer long LOOKING for the Season oriented (Also ANY) Peanuts cartoons.

Closest thing I found was during X-mas when the GODDAMNED Rugrats STOLE Linus's speech about the meaning of X-mas and then ended it with, "X-mas is all about presents." I swear to GOD I was so angry I went into one of my white hot rages of doom. EVERY time I saw that commercial for Rugrats BASTARDISING the SINGLE greatest speech EVER I got madder and madder.

NOW my sister is having a new baby right around my Birthday and we're trying to find my soon to be neice some Snoopy clothes, crib thingies, and toys AND WE CAN'T FIND THEM! My sister HATES Whiney the Pooh so we've been busting our butts trying to get SOME kind of snoopy products and we ain't talkin bout the Woodstock bongs that Spencers sells or the Snoopy sticker portraying Snoopy smoking a dooby. We want baby snoopy and lil' toys n'junk. Eledgedly the only place we've heard of was JC PEnny and they have a lax stock at best.

So the MAIN focus of this rant (In case you couldn't follow) is simply WHERE THE FUCK IS SNOOPY?! How is it only a few years after Charles Shultz death that we've forgotten about the lil' beagle and yellow bird not to mention a plethora of other characters that brought ALL of us so much joy in our childhood?

So yeah, I've been holding this rant back for a while but I felt NOW would be a good time to issue it to the public.

I completely know what you mean Az! I looked for stuff for my kids when they were babies and I was lucky to find some muppets let alone peanuts! freeking winnie the pooh has a monopoly on children's everything!
