Right Now, I believe new avatars are on hold.
I'm not sure when they will open up again.
When they do though, you should be able to pay a fee.
In exchange you'll get to commission your Otaku the way you want,
Along with other benefits like becoming a full member and unlocking some of the other boards ^^. |

Hi Talik. I'm Shino, one of the big scary admins.
OK... so we aren't big, or scary. But yeah. 
Anyway, Ultrawolf is correct in that we are not currently doing full memberships right now.
We are working out some details about the site. We want to make sure we can get some things in order for the members we have now before opening the "flood gates."
And trust me, they are flood gates. I get this question quite often actually.
Without a doubt, we will be accepting new members as of AWA. It could happen before that, but with the possible adding and ramp up of new artists, it is doubtful at current.
I know it's an inconvenience to make people wait like this, but believe me when I say that we are doing everything we can to get things up and running again. Right now there are really only 3 of us that work on the site and the art on a regular basis, and it's a "spare time" thing as we all have seperate full time jobs.
As soon as full-membership registration opens up again, we will let everyone know. And those that are already a part of the community will have top priority.
After getting your membership, you will be given a "pending" status where you will not yet have your PO, but you will have your full membership and access to all member area's in the site. This includes your fighter profile, the use of our custom battle system and the role-playing areas. So stay tuned, look around, meet everyone and enjoy yourself. The "flood gates" will open soon.
