Need Advice for Manga Panel

I went to the first Kumoricon (Portland anime convention) meeting for Kumoricon 2006, and it turns out I'll be working for the head of "fan creations" programming as a volunteer, and I'll also be doing two manga panels and a workshop for Kumoricon and also for Sakura-con (Seattle's anime convention--Seattle is two hours away).

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone could give me advice/feedback =) Here are the two panels and the workshop I'll be leading:

Would the titles intrigue you enough for you to attend? Or would different titles be more attractive?

What would you expect from the panels?

What would be something really cool that you would want to hear about/discuss/learn?

What would be something that would make you want to come back next year? What kind of material/topics would keep you coming back for more?
