This scared me shitless today, I don't know what did it but it did. And I've never did this before or felt this way at all in my life. But today at work I came close to completely losing it, I didn't care abuot anything, and I was for the actuall first time in my lifetime upto beating the pulp out of someone till their dead. Something set me off, I hated that feeling, cause I never felt something that I didn't like. This scared me to death. I was siriously about to either find the nearest customer, and beat them till they puke or something worse. But I left the room, and found a eliminum broom, and for some odd reason i bit into it and it folded in half. When I got home i knocked a huge freakin hole in my wall big enough for my head to fit through. And now this feeling is coming and going. And it scares the shit out of me.. I want to find out what the hell broke through my lvl headed mind.

i have to disagree. There are some instances that things just build, and if you were holding back a lot of tension, small things can trigger big effects. I know that I have this possible problem, since I take lots of situations that are full of tension, and just keep on putting them on the back burner. They are gonna start burning over at some point, which just leads to a release of anger to a degree that is equivalent to a "f"ed up adrenal rush that just sets you off.

This is a fundamental reason why I try to not get angry. Only really have gotten angry twice in the past 19 years, and both times I saw things about myself that I would have rather not have seen.

Kei, at least you got that out of your system. If you feel it happening slightly over and over, its just whats left of everything firing off. Just try to regain the composure that you had before. You're probably very sensative right now at things, and that'll cause you to release very easily. Just keep a check on it. It'll pass with will.

~That is all

I remember the first time I got geniunly mad. As you get older, you get to look at things in more hindsite, and its amazing how much simpler things were just a few years ago. I'm an incredibly easy person, mild mannered even, but at the end fo the day we're all human. It took me a while to understand that emotions like that don't make me a bad or less controlled person, they serve to validate my humanity and remind me that even I have teh abiliy to fly off the handle.

Although having that feeling overcome you can be troubleing emotinally and spiritually - reflect on it openly. It was natural. It was simple. It was scary, but it was at the same time releaving to have completed it. You can learn things about your self most when your in a state that is unfamiliar. You know what your are capabable of as normal everyday happy-go-lucky kei, you know what kinds of thigns you'll say and how you'll treat strangers, now you have a new perspective. Same Kei, different day.

I agree with Daijaga.

If you are genuinely concerned about it, though, try some relaxing methods to get the stress out of your system (stress can be responsible for a lot of things, including anger). I do yoga and take hot bubble baths. XD That may not be your thing, maybe you're more of an activity person. You could try taking up a sport, like biking, jogging, swimming or skating. Take up a hobby, or work on a current one =) You have a lot of potential as an artist. Focus your energy there, and you may become less likely to errupt.

The anger could also be the result of some..other...things...^^; PM me if you would like to talk about it further.

Hey man,
You want my advice, here it is: Go to a gym or your backyard and work out or destroy some foliage or other not very valuable inanimate object. Anytime i see red i go out into the woods and punch trees till my knuckles bleed. It helps, i regret doing it in the morning, but it helps. Working out every day is a good way to burn off stress that could otherwise build up and explode. It is definitly best to deal with stress when it happens rather than letting add to the pressure cooker.
But that's just me, and i'm kind of a violent guy.

when your pissed, you are using your adrenal glands. This is not just used when upset, but also under other pressures, such as extreme pain or incredible strain of the mind. What happens when that occurs is that the human body pretty much pushes back the limits it has. This being the case where a grandmother will lift a car to get her grandchild out. The muscles don't stop working, don't build up as much lactic acid, and pain sensors, or pain nerves, don't fire, allowing you to use your muscles without the effects of the body telling you "They can't do anymore"

When you lose it, you find that you can do things like punch through walls, or "Bite through aluminum." Im sure your mouth hurt the next day after doing that, or maybe it was a bit sore. In the grandmother case, when the adrenaline wears off, she probably won't be able to even move the next day, since she tore countless muscle tissue in the release.

This is another reason why venting is sometimes a good idea
