Drop-Off Packs

I'd had a thought I mentioned to Doot et al at AWA, and thought I'd repost it here. I'm pretty sure that POs like myself happen to attend cons where PO itself doesn't have a presence. Would it be possible/feasible to have something like an official "drop-off pack" (flyers, stickers, etc) that could be left on a table at a con where we don't have a registered presence? I know that I wouldn't mind taking something like that to Furry Weekend Atlanta (or any other con I go to), and I'd even be willing to help with the cost of production (printing, etc). I think there's even a possibility for an "incentive" for the dropoff packs - maybe the POs who go in for its creation get guaranteed cameos on the flyer, and maybe a mention ("This PocketOtaku material provided by insert PO names here", maybe?). Just a thought - let me know what you think.

I think that's a great idea.

This would help us out a lot at cons that we can't make it to that already have some POs.

I know if I went to a lot of cons I would definatly do that...

and if at the end of cons there were still flyers and stuff left over in your stack then you could reuse them?
(or maybe I misunderstanding the concept here?)

Thats actaully a fantastic idea. I grab nearly any attraactive lookign pamphlet, leaflet, flyer, or paper and put it into my bag when Im at a con. I usually keep them and go through them later and check out websites I think are interesting.

wonderfull idea /applaud ! i go to acen every year and am more than willing to spread the good word, and i know other POs attend that one as well...more than willing to contribute to the cause.

I can certainly help spread the word there at ACen, but I'm afraid I'm fairly useless otherwise, because it's always a bit of a struggle to see whether I can make enough cash to go to that.
