I just think it's funny. Microsoft is notoriously shady about everything, even when you purchase the stuff leagally. I really hate micrsoft, but i love windows... it's an odd feeling... |

The suit spiraled into a dizzying 37 filings. Every time Microsoft filed a motion to dismiss his claims, Zamos would file more the very next day. Not only did he force Microsoft to defend its accusations against him, but the company was now forced to defend its own practices as well.
After two months of back-and-forth filings, the judge ordered both sides to stop submitting any more paperwork.

In other words, a s***load of money. But yeah it CAN work! I really wonder how much was invested by that guy in all that case to make it to the point where he made it.

well since he did everything himself it was free, aside from the $40 worth of copies which he was reimbursed for...so didn't cost him a dime really, just time and effort. |
