Did you know there was an episode of "Charmed" that was named "Oh My Goddess!" Isn't this like copyright infringement or something? |

Definitly not.
Unless of course the episode was a direct ripoff of the series.
I'm not that knowledged about the series Charmed but I believe it has something to do with Goddess' so a title like that could be coincidence or something. It'd be a long long stretch to think of it as copyright infringement. |

Yeah I was just on the net and saw the title and was like "What the heck?" It just seemed a little too coincidenceal for me. Maybe I am paranoid? |

So having the title "Oh My Goddess!" isn't copyright infringement. Relabeling "Oh My Goddess/Ah My Goddess" and selling it yourself IS copyright infringement. |

Yeah but that is a pun. There is a differance. It is not a stright up rip off. I just found it funny you know.? I was like "Charmed" guest starring Belldandy. Finally a reason to watch. |
