So, I finally made my collegiate decision, and I am quite proud to announce I will be attending the University of Georgia come Autumn. It was a decision made based on a lot of factors, including but not limited to the price-education ratio, distance from home, offered classes and majors, school environment, and location.
Woo! I'm going to be a Bulldog. Don't worry, though, folks, now that I am a legal adult I am slightly more committed to hanging out with you all; that is pretty much the hugest slightly I've ever had in my entire life.
So, YAY, and all that good stuff. Now, I only need to devise a way to survive until graduation. |

I got into college once and was excited...Then I realized I actually needed to attend classes and do assignments.
Now I'm less excited. ^_^

Godwyn- I'm sorry that it happened. It seems to me that colleges are getting more and more difficult to plan for. I was able to make it into Georgia Tech, which is ranked somewhere from 34-37 in the country, but not Boston College, who is at about a 42 or 43. It's a crap shoot, for sure. I'm sure you'll do fine, and to some degree, the school one attends doesn't make such a huge difference.
Silver- Thanks so much! I certainly hope so too. I'm still torn between what I want to major in, but with HOPE I shouldn't need to worry about being in the red coming out of college. Either International Business/Affairs with a Double Major or Minor in World Languages/French.
Antinua- Thank You! I remember our team chant from 8th Grade Football,
"What time is it?!" "GAME TIME!"
"What time is it?!" "GAME TIME!"
"There a dog in da house?!" "ROOF ROOF ROOF ROOF!"

Offense and Defense shot this back and forth for about a minute before we broke before the game.
Doot- I, ironically, do not know very many alumni. It seems that so many people in this area North of Atlanta are coming in from so many other places nowadays!
GAAZ- Trust me, I recognize the difficulty presented at college. Actually, I will likely be trying out for the honors program after my first semester.
Blackmage- I hope I won't have to... Haha.
