Well, last Awa, i was talking to kugyou about wanting to find a chainmaille shirt so i could cozplay Buda next year. Well, he suggested that i make it, and i recently got some extra money and ordered some rings, and this is what i have so far
This is the first thing i have made. A simple braclet made from 14ga 7/16'' ID mild steel, in a Euro 4-1 weave
This is a Byzantine weave chain about a foot long made from 14ga 5/16'' ID mild steel. cant realy see it in the picture, but its realy loose, next im gonna try it with a smaller ring but the same gauge
This is my first sheet, practice for my shirt  . its 14ga 5/16'' ID mild steel, same weave as the bracelet, european 4-1 but connected together its about 3.5" square
This is another practice, its euro 4-1, 14ga 1/4" ID mild steel. 3.5x4.25" its a much tighter weave. alot more difficult to weave, but i like it better than the 5/16" rings. |

Doot, The realy dense weave in the last picture wieghs about 3.5 lbs per square foot, so yeah a shirt for me would be heavy!
Kugyou, it would be awsome to get a booth somewhere and sell jewlery or other random objects.

Shino, Im still experimenting with diferent sized rings, and im probably gonna order some different gauges and experiment with them as well, trying to find a nice blend of weight to density of the weave, and theres always aluminum
