This list ranges from early development all the way to post production. I'm not going to go into any detail, mainly just the titles. If you want more info, buy the damn mag!
1: 10,000 B.C.

3: Alien vs. Predator 2
4: Ant-Man
5: Astro Boy
6: The Avengers

114: Y: The Last Man
There's a whole lot of comic book movies in the works. Many aren't superhero movies, though. |

Many of those make me quite happy. Particularly Y: The Last Man and Priest. I'm just crossing my fingers that they do a good job. Also, not on that list but apparently it is in the works from what I've read, is a movie based on the comic 30 Days of Night. |

They need to cast me as Prince in the Prince of Persia movie. Just let me grow a goatee and we'll be good. Oh and that whole building muscle mass thing might help. |

Ant-Man/Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Life - Edgar Wright directing. HELL YES! I AM SO THERE!! X2
Astro Boy / Power of the Dark Crystal - Genndy Tartakovsky is attached to these!!! NIFTY!
Battle Angel - James Cameron can do epic. We know this. Just still trying to figure my thoughts on how he'll handle Alita. I'll still be there with ticket in hand. Thank god Uwe Boll didn't option it.
Books of Magic - Even though it was published before Harry Potter I think it's going to get compared. Would like to see more of Neil Gaiman's work translated over.
Captain America / The Flash - Penned by the David Goyer who also penned Batman Begins. ACE!
The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian - I am so there.
Conan the Barbarian - It'll be interesting to see who they cast. Right now, Remember the Titans director, Boaz Yakin is attached.
Coraline - Animated Neil Gaiman works!
The Eye - Hong Kong thrillers made into US box officers. I'm thinking we may be tapping this method dry.
Fraggle Rock - YAAAAAAAAAY!
His Dark Materials: The Golden Compass - Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig are in this. Never read the novel though. Maybe I'll pick it up.
Grindhouse - Combo horror flick of Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez. I don't think I've been disappointed by that pairing yet!
Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix - SOLD!
Indiana Jones 4 - Please please please be good.
Iron Man - I'm pretty intrigued by this one. Not a lot of people were happy with Downey as Stark but I'll trust Jon Favreau.
Magneto - pretty stoked since they are using the same actors and digitizing them younger (like you saw a smidge of in Xmen 3)
One Missed Call - Another Japanese Horror remake
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End - Call me a fangirl all you want. I'm watching this bad boy.
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time - Think it may be worth it due to being penned by the VG writer and Jeffrey Nachmanoff (The Day After Tomorrow)
The Punisher 2 - I'm prepared to watch this with Ultrawolf!
The Reaping - I like Hilary Swank enough to see this. Sounds pretty interesting.
Shrek - They can keep making them. I'll keep watching them. Until they take the Land Before Time route.
The Smurfs - PLEASE make this live action so I can laugh my butt off! John LIthgow rumored - GARGAMEL!
Speed Racer - Wachowski bros on this one.
Spiderwick Chronicles - Probably will divit themselves in with the crowd who likes Lemony Snicket (which I enjoyed) and Harry Potter (which I thoroughly enjoyed). I think I'll pick them up and read them.
Spy Hunter - Dave Chapelle rumored to be in it. Rock already signed? Just keep Uwe Boll FAR FAR AWAY!
Superhero! (a parody of the glut of superhero movies) - could be nice to break up the fashion and make light of all of the movies coming out.
Tonight, He Comes - Peter Berg directing, writer from XFiles and lone Gunmen. Should be interesting with Will Smith and Charlize Theron.
Wanted - Morgan Freeman is attached as Sloan. WOO!
World War Z - Zombies Una Zombies!
Wonder Woman - Freakin' Joss Whedon!!!
Y: THe Last Man: David Goyer is directing this one. Let's see how he does behind the camera as opposed to the pen! ~giddy!~
Now let's see, movies on that list that should quite possibly not be made.

3: Alien vs. Predator 2
11: Bloodrayne 2
14: Castlevania [b]This has rumors of Sonia Belmont and Jonathan Frakes in it. The same director as AVP and Resident Evil. Although the first Mortal Kombat he did was much better than the second (he wasn't responsible for) and he also did Event Horizon.
23: Day of the Dead - Writer from Final Destination 1-3. Hmmm. I dunno.
29: Faces of Death - It's called the News, people.
42: Harold and Kumar 2 (YES!) - I dunnoooooo
46: The Hills Have Eyes 2 - did the first round teach us nothing?
79: Revenge of the Nerds - Don't mess with the original now!
103: Tekken - Probably should get a new writer

And, if they bring out bloodrayne 2, I may have to have the person responsible shot. |

It's Uwe Boll again, and you might want to do alot more than shoot him. It's going to take place in the old west. -_-
Doot: Triple H is Conan! I kid! I kid!
I'm also getting annoyed with all of the remakes. I can't believe they're doing Black Christmas and The Hitcher. What's next, Buckaroo Banzai? lol
You know those two were only picked because they were on that Scariest Movies list that they show on Bravo. The same reason they did The Hills Have Eyes, and When a Stranger Calls. |
