hey y'all. i was wondering what swords, knives, or other bladed implements you collect, carry, or desire. just been curious for a bit and when i finish my list i will say what mine are. |

I got two katanas, although one of the is super duper crappy, a french sword of some sort ( It kinda looks like a rapier, but the blade is too wide and it's just too heavy. Got it at a yard sale. Go figure.) and I have a slew of practice swords.
I hope one day to get one made with my family crest on it, but that'd prolly cost me big bucks. |

The only out of the ordinary thing I have is a replica Celtic dagger that I brought back with me from Scotland. At some point (when I have lots of extra cash to spend) I'd like to get myself an authentic katana and an authentic Roman Gladius.
And although I don't carry it around with me, my pocket knife of choice is my Spyderco that I've had since my days as a Boy Scout. |

Currently I have two battle-ready scimitars courtesy of Starfire, a flimsy decorative katana, and an even flimsier decorative dagger I got for like 10 bucks at the Pirate Shop at Ren. Fest.
I've been contemplating a short-sword, perhaps. I know I'm getting at least one other sword in the somewhat near future, and that'll probably be a slim longsword of some variety.
..but I am a bit of a snob about my swords. I love my scimi's dearly. I wish they made cheaper sheaths for them though-- I can only wear one of them because I'm not paying $150 for a sheath and the cheaper sheaths aren't designed for scimitars, only regular long and shortswords. |

1 benchmade folding knife
1 gerber 6" straight blade- hand sharpened to razor
1 18" ontario knife machete- hand sharpened to razor and named Ender
1 Gothic Bastard Sword
1 Starfire short sword
1 Katana (cheapo)
1 Seabee issue knife of my grand father
1 WW1 trench knife
and several folding and straight blades in stores around the state i cannot fully account for |
