2 1/2 years ago, I took a chance and threw my worries out the window

2 1/2 years later, I am a better person

2 1/2 years later, all of the others I was worried about are happy
2 1/2 years later, I find that the chance I took was well worth throwing my worries out the window for
2 1/2 years later, I know that there IS someone that my family can approve of and love
2 1/2 years later, I know how wonderful love can be

2 1/2 years of communication
Resulting in...
2 1/2 years of greatness,
2 1/2 years of waking up happy,
2 1/2 years without argument,
2 1/2 years of love without doubt,

Yesterday, on her 23rd birthday, after being happy together for more than 2 1/2 years, I Christopher Riccio, offically asked Krystal Olson to marry me. And she said yes.

I want to thank her for being the most wonderful person I have ever met, and I want to thank everyone that has supported us in the past. We love you all.

For my part, there are few words left to say. Chris has to be one of the most amazing people I've ever met. He's been through a lot and worked so hard. I can't help but sit back astonished by everything he's accomplished in his life.

And to be a part of it...well, there's nothing in the world I could want more. He has made me a better person, made me appreciate myself more, and given me more than I could ever have hoped, just by being his wonderful self.

If it weren't for you, Chris, I'd still be faltering, wondering what to do with myself. I'd certainly have left school long ago-- you are my determination, my motivation. I thank the heavens every day that we found each other.

And I am super excited. Though we've known forever that it'd take place, and the wedding won't be for about a year and a half because of my schooling, it's nice to take this step forward.

Thank you, Christopher, for making my life so much brighter.

And thank you, PO, for letting me find him. ^_^ If it weren't for this website, we might never have met, and I doubt we'd have ended up together, even if we had.
