Depression

I played WoW and beat up some horde Took me a while to feel better, but eventually I did somewhat, at least to where I didnt watn to cry anymore. I kind of did but not as strongly as I previously did.

I love the horde on our server though, I'm in good standing with both sides. the horde know if I kill em, its only out of respect

LoL them horde bastards sacked Southshore the other day and kept killing the quest turn in guys

Yeah, a 30+ horde raid was demolishing Exodar the other day, and then later a smaller group was destroying Astranaar, so me on my 69 mage, a 70 warrior and a 56 pally went and demolished Splintertree, and it made me happy.

And I hate how its the stupidest stuff that makes you so upset. =\
I need to get more sleep too, I tend to go to bed around midnight most nights, and get up at 6:30 for work >_<

Yeah, the stupid stuff does that too me too, things I shouldn't worry about or can't change. Yet the big stuff and things I can change I don't worry about for some reason.

I think you don't worry about the things that can't change because you realize that you can't change them. It's the small, petty stuff that could have been changed that tends to get you. Because you start "What if?" -ing over it, and that's not any particular part of healthy at all. (I do it, too. Although, thankfully, I don't usually get major depression.)

Well, a lot of my issues that I am able to change, I am working on changing. Its a slow process, and I know within 3 years, things in my life should go on a major upswing, becuase then things will be falling into place...like getting out of debt for good and getting back in shape , at least closer to how I used to be. Depression sucks because I dont know about you guys, but putting on weight is sucky >_<

So there are good things, but I'm also impatient, and I get frustrated about things.

Like, at the end of this year/early next year, my car will finally be paid off. That's an extra $385 that I can use per month, to pay off all my debts. Things will start being paid off so fast at that point. I'll be able to start saving money again. I'm so excited to be able to finally see an end in sight, but so frustrated because it seems so far off. Calculating it out, if I use my full car payment amount towards all my debts along with what I am paying now...I'll be able to pay everything off and be out of debt completely within 19-20 months. And its so annoying because I probably have only about $3k-4k left on my car until its done. It just doesnt seem like much, but it is. >_< At least for me.

Getting in shape has always been hard. Its not that I eat bad things, or even a lot. I cook nightly, I rarely eat out, be it fast food or restaurants. I tend to have the issue many people do though, if its on my plate, I should eat it, not let it go to waste. I dont really go abck for seconds or anything. So I'm cutting abck on what I'm eating, on my plate, and I am eating better for breakfast and lunch Now if I can just get a gym membership, I'll be even happier, but htey are so freaking expensive.

I see the light in the tunnel still, its just frustrating and I get so upset sometimes. Past memories coming into play, on top of life's stresses just gets to be too much sometimes. Othertimes, I dont really know why I'm upset, especially if I had a "good" day. Eh, I just try to take it one day at a time, when it does happen.

well, the years do seem to pass by...at least your not looking at a 120,000+ dollar debt towards your education. Im surprised im not more paniced about it in my current situation and career choices.

But remember that the light is still up ahead, and while it may seem a bit of a ways off, it does take time.
