and it looks great! Crush is my current favorite, she's very hot, and could destroy me. Somehow, that makes her hotter, lol. Also in the season premiere there were 2 injuries! An ex-marine swam into a metal pole, busting open her head, and they still made her go through the whole thing. There's more personality, and contestants are talking as much smack to the gladiators as taking it. Very pleased with the return, and can't wait to watch the next episode!

My only question is...do they still have that game where the contestants have to shoot the Gladiator with a variety of Nerf-esque weaponry, while the Gladiator is taking shots at the contestants from atop a perch with a tennis ball Howitzer?
EDIT: I just checked the website, and yes, it still exists. I think I'm going to have to start watching this show...it seems pretty freakin' cool, just like the original. Also, I was just checking out the Gladiator bios...Justice is freakin' 6'8", 290 lbs... I'm not even a contestant and I'm frightened... |

It's on NBC.
Easily the best show NBC has ever had on...Ever...Including Heroes...In fact Heroes shouldn't even be mentioned compared to the American Gladiators.
If NBC started carrying the Lumberjacking Events it would be the highest rated network ever. |
