This is a new MMO announced by the creator of GTA.

David Jones, the creator of GTA said it is a direct successor to GTA franchise, so we can expect good things.

This should be good. Even though it's early development, it should be really good. Let's hope it's for consoles. I would hate to play a GTA game on my PC. That means I would have to buy a controller.  |

No, there's already a game called APB. Came out in arcades a long time ago, i think it was Midway that did it. |

I wouldn't know. We didn't have many arcades.
