man...i remember when i worked ina toy store. That is almost as bad as ur experience. Only thing was that it was a Zany Brainy, so it either A: Scared you away from the funny smell, B: Scared you away ala strange looking merchandise, and C: THE FRIGGEN GODAWEFUL PRICES!
Well, i remember when we got the friggen Chickendance elmo. U wouldnt believe what was happening with those. And need i forget the stupid Yu-Gi-Oh cards? And that crazy lady also...she was a crazy one
Well, dont worry Musashi, i share ur dislike with sports games. I dont own ANY sports games, except for Ken Griffy Jr.'s Major League Baseball for SNES. Man...those were the days
But dont worry bout it. I also hate most sports games. Where is the fun in it? They are usually bad anyways (in my opinion, that is).
As for buying new games in the stores: from what ive heard, those things only happen with those types of games. During the release of Devil May Cry 2, i believe someone told me that everyone waited very patiently, and it went VERY smoothly. Well, thats also because all the good people play the games that kill people
Also, in my theory, its not even a bargain to preorder a game. In my opinion, i take up the virtue of patience, and just wait a while for the game to be brought back, preowned, and get the game for cheaper. One time, i went to go see how much they had WCIII for, the day AFTER it came out, and low and behold, there was ALREADY a preowned game, for 10 bucks less. Talk about luck
now after all that talking, i think i deserve a cookie
