(mind you this is not IRL)
I want to put together a string quartet. Maybe we can get gigs at the Kilted Wench or some other nice place around here...
By the way, it doesen't matter if your not really that great in real life, in fact, you don't even have to play in real life 
We'll vote on which songs to play, and perhaps I can post links to midis up on the forum the nights that we play... Kind of to simulate an actual concert I've got a short string quartet that I've written, and I plan to write more. We can also play any songs that you may write, as well as classics such as Beethoven, Bach, and the like.
Maybe we can even make a nice little icon that you can include in your signature, so you can be a proud member of the quartet. We'll have to come up with a nice name for ourselfs too.
I hope this takes off... I just need support from like-minded classical musicians

Absolutley Tobias... Maybe we can get together sometime in real life and actually play together, because I play the violin IRL (badly)... Perhaps at a PO party or something... That would be awesome

We need to start contemplating a name... I was thinking of something like: "The Minopian String Quartet" ... And ideas for an icon... Maybe a small picture of your particular instrument and "Official member of the Minopian String Quartet" under it...
...Just throwing ideas around

Sure Aindriahhn... I just happen to have an extra violin you can borrow... It's not the greatest... But it'll work...

Welcome to the quartet! See if you can get us some gigs man, that'd be awesome... I'm working on icons... and... Tobias and Korba and anyone else... any suggestions would be great
And as for the name, would the "Minopian String Quartet" do? Or do you guys have any other suggestions?

You could make it the Miniopian Symphonic String Quartet. A little more stuff, just to make it sound more flashy
As for playing in real life, that would be quite silly, but amazingly fun. (just to let you know, im not all that great at the viola )
But ya, the viola roxors, but so does the violin 
Now we need a cello playa and a bassist.
