You know, sometimes I think I would actually answer a telephone survey if the damn guy wasn't so incomprehensible. Every time I am called for whatever survey, I get one of these:
-The dude's a foreigner and his accent is so pronounced God himself couldn't understand him.
-He gives me so much legal and disclaimer blah-blah that he loses me halfway through his hello speech.
-He is barely audible if at all, even on my notoriously loud telephone.
...I dunno, I think I need someone less formal! |

well i have gone through 2 survey, AND NO MORE I SAY!
i could understand ties guys ok but it ended up takeing like 30 min from my life for thies gay ass things, and when you finaly see how long its takeing you feel to comited to just be like fuck you im out. |

The same thing always happen to me. Espescially the men with the accent lolol

Only survey I ever did was for Bubbleyum when I was like 10. It was to try a new flavor they were comming out with. I got a free pack, and all I had to do was finish it off and come back the next weekend. I finished it in like 2 days and even got 25 bucks for my "trouble". If I'm not mistaken the gum I tried was the kind they made a few years ago with the swirls all in it. Was pretty good too. |

Not sure if they have it in Canada, but for US residents, I have 2 words...
Privacy Director!
I have had it for about a year now. No surveys and no sales calls! Basically if the caller has a private or unknown number, it makes them tell a recording who they are before the call goes through. So instead of you hearing a recording, they do. Works for me.
Caller id works too... just screen your calls if it says unknown or private number. |

That's good Shin man but most people nowadays have caller ID blocker on their phones so like every damn call we get is private number or no name given. Hell, we even have it on our phone because it's a standard Qwest feature..For a while there I would haveta dial *81 or whatever for every damn call I make...Now I just don't use the phone...*hugs computer* |

The privacy director makes the caller state who they are. The call goes through and I hear a recording of who it is and I get to decide if I want to take the call or not...
So if you have caller id block or whatever, then it asks you who you are, you say your name, I hear it's from you, and I accept the call... quite simple  |
