Well yesterday I went out and bought this game from EB Games with the gift Card that Hoth (the man) STRayDoG gave me for my birthday.

I have to say, I'm quite impressed. I didn't think they could make it much better visually than the first one, but they surprised me. Water affects still look flawless. Lighting has been improved and detail on the characters is better. Nice looking 3D Trees that reach to the sky while you blast through at 60FPS.

I have to say, another great Job. I picked the Cleric and played it for about 2 hours last night. Now if I could just find someplace to sell all my crap that I don't want.

I returned to Baulder's Gate, and I still can't find a place... 'sup wit dat!

Just got to level 11 this morning.

I had a ton of gold so I decided to donate to the "Church of Helm"

The first donation was 2000 G, well I found out that you get experience points for donating gold. 1exp / g. It also tells you what the Gold was "used for." I thought that was pretty cool. So I did it again. This time I gave 4000 G and I was rewarded with 4000 experience points. Awesome. One more time. 8000G and I was rewarded with 8000 experience points and a level up. After leveling up, I saw that my exp to get to level 13 was half full already.

Got extra cash! DONATE TO THE CHURCH!

I'm using the Cleric Chick. Why? Well duh, she starts out with the ability to wear any armor and can cast healing spells. w00t!

Beat the game last night...

I loved the game, my only disappointment is that it was too easy

The last boss was a joke. I think I died against a boss once... that was the boss of the fire realm.

Oh well... starting Champs of Norrath tonight!

Man, you really tore through that game didnt ya? a friend of mine has had it for weeks now and still hasnt beaten it!

It took 15 hours according to the timer. Chibi Knight tore through it the weekend it came out... like 5 times.

Actually he already got champs and tore through that too.

Dude. Man.

DA2 is just too easy. But it really gets fun once you get Extreme Mode. THAT is NOT EASY. At ALL. Bloodmire Manor is incredibly difficult, and even with a level forty character you still get beaten down by the Red Fang marauders.

I love it.

Also, you can unlock Drizzt Do'Urden and Artemis Entreri. Smile
