I'm not always complaining about the censoring of Tom and Jerry, a list of other cartoons have been censored too. Looney Tunes especially. |

yaaa... i agree.. i never liked Tom and Jerry, or Looney Toons for that matter. There was just always something about those shows that bothered me. But yes, i know! Jerrry is a jerk! stupid Jerry.... >-< |

Well at least ya'll understand me. 
I used to like the shows alot, cuz back then I had no idea what anime was anyway, so I had to choose something.
I still do like some American cartoons.
Such as:
Dexter
Ed, Edd, and Eddy
South Park
you know, stuff I don't have to think about

well to add my two cents.  For the most part many of the america cartoons of old have a lot of rough housing in them. If you think about it there are all kinds out there like:
Hong Kong Fuy
The Chan Clan
Fraggles
Smurfs
Looney Toons
Josy and Pussycats
Johnny Quest
etc etc
Its all about perception. each was a representation of how an artist and or writer saw the world that they lived in. |

Excel, you are not hardcore. I went to see the PPG movie with a friend my age opening day. *flex* I really like a lot of the fair on cartoon network these days, particularly The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy and Totally Spies. I hate Ed, Edd, and Eddy with a passion I cannot begin to describe. *shudder* |
