I've been sleeping too much lately. I'll go to bed around 2:00 in the morning, awake at anywhere from 6:30 to 9:30 in the morning, and not have the energy to get out of bed. Then I'll go back to sleep. I'll sleep fitfully, in bits and pieces, from then on, until around 2:00 in the afternoon, when I work up the motivation to actually move. I think it stems from depression, but I can't bloody figure out what's causing it! This annoys me to no end. Recently, my emotions have just been doing yo-yos, and I CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHY!!

*sigh* I wish my sleep patterns would make up their damn minds, I wish my emotions would stabilize, and I damn well wish I could work out my bloody issues!

Gen. You may want to try some ST. John's Wort from the vitamin shop. Just to see if that helps. Might try to maintain a more normal sleep pattern such as if you sleep at 2am then when 9-10am comes around you make yourself get up. Also trying some exercise would maybe help balance you out. (if you don't already). It will certainly get your body used to a pattern that'd be abit healthier.

Well..You could always go jogging in the park and follow behind the girls with the thongs and running shorts..That's fun too.
