I like Jazzy/Blues/Classical/Soundscapey type stoof. That might work. It relaxes you and sometimes gets you ta groozin! Give it a shot and see how it tastes.

For God's sake don't start listening to pop or rap.
I'm into jazzy/blues stuff too... go for something bass-oriented... the instrument, mind you, not just speaker-blowing stuff... or you could get some flute music, eh Sakura?

I play in a jazz ensemble on the trombone, great music. go for something along those lines. |

3 11 3 3 11311 is an aquired taste.
They have a pretty unique sounds mixing the best of Rock, Rap, Hip Hop, Reggae and just about everything else... except for pop and country 
I suggest checking out Grassroots first though. It's by far my favorite album they have put out ... out of the 10... 12 if you count the ETSDs
Also if you want different, every one of their cds has a unique sound.

True test of a 311 fan is Transistor. That album is just so all over the place. Great album to relax with, then agian pretty much every 311 album is. |

I agree with you 95% Kas.
The other 5% is b/c I don't really relax to 311. I blast it and jam while in my car.
You are right about that. Transistor is by far the ... most off course ... cd they made. Still great. I think I get overtaken by "Use of Time." That song sucks me in and I have to blast it and repeat it like 2 or 3 times. |
