O...M....G.... Ok, these guys should be hired by Square-Enix TODAY! I swear man, that's the most awesome trailer EVAR! Seriously, I don't get why it was canned. I mean, something like that cannot possibly -hurt- their corporation or effect their profits in any way. I highly doubt we'll see a remake of the original come out of Square anytime soon; we can't even get them to work on Chrono Break after all. Too busy w/ FFXI meh. |

I suspect that Sqeenix is going to play off of the nostalgia of the older games by one day remaking them on the next or next next gen platforms. All the work is already done as far as balancing, play mechanic, and story, so it woudl be cheaper than making a brand new game, and they would sell like mad in the 18-30 Age bracket, as well as reaching new markets with the younger generation. I forsee this happening with all of the old square classics, Chrono, Secret of Mana, Evermore, FF 1-6, and possibly seven in the distant future. I believe they are waiting for the right time to begin a project like this, as it could really only be done once per franchise. |

I am not sure what the project originally was, but I LOVE the Chrono games! Were they working on a new game? If so, SQUARE-ENIX needs to stop being stupid and accept it! |

It was like < ten guys who were just making it on thier own. HTey werent affilliated with Squeenix, which is why they shut them down.  |
