Anyone else heard of this, if they deliver on their claims it looks awesome.
Its has solo/mmo play, so you can advance with a guild but you can also go out and make real character progress solo.
Supposedly has a real time fight engine, so no more auto attack.
PVP has everything from bar fights to castle seiges
Supposedly has one of the most robust character creation systems created
Oh yeah best of all it has a mature rateing, dismembering and beheadings abound 
I am signed up for the beta, so if I get in I'll update on if everything delivers. |

I started playing this yesterday and I am liking it a lot.
I'm in server Bloodspire. PVP server. And my main is Skylah, a ranger.
The battle system is a bit different since it's not auto attack. You start with 3 directions to attack, front left, front and front right. Every time you push a button, your character will attack on that direction. Then you have combos. When you push a combo button, you get a window telling you which direction you have to push to complete it. If you do it right, you make a combo move and do lots of damage. If not, then you just do a regular attack.
But, like I said, I am liking it a lot. I'm still in newb island though. Doing some single player stuff.
If anyone starts playing this, drop me a line. |

UP's brothers were telling me about this, and I checked it out. Seems pretty cool actually. When I get a new comp I may pick up a copy and try it out. And I agree, the mature rating is pretty cool. |

Very recently. I don't care how great the game is, I don't think "Conan" is a very marketable franchise. Time may prove me wrong, but even as a fantasy fan I don't find realistic-ish bronze age adventures appealing. |

I actually find this appealing. More because of the gore. It adds realism to the game and I like that. Also the fatalities make you feel powerful and every time you perform one, you get a buff. Also, the PVP servers are insane. You go to places and I didn't know who was an NPC and who was another player and I just kept killing people without knowing. It was pretty funny. Then I realized by the way some characters were moving around, what was going on. You can also get drunk at bars and start fights. And since I have a cape that gives me free drinks, I will be doing that a lot. 
I am a fantasy fan too, but I am tired of elves and dwarves in every MMO. This one is different and I'm enjoying it so far.
Granted, that I will predict that I'll play it for a month or two and not play it anymore. (I do that with all MMOs.) |

I'm playing around with AoC a bit. I'm not really dedicated to a server yet, so I've been leveling a Conqueror on a PvE server. How's the pvp game? Is it the gankfest I would expect it to be? I don't find the prospect of being gang raped the minute I enter Tortage.. |
