Ming is upstairs, making some hot sauce. He calls me up to taste one of the peppers taht we got, because we didnt know how intense it was. Well, if someone ever...and i mean EVER tells you to eat a small orange pepper, DO NOT DO IT (especially if you have heart conditions  )
I'll put it to you this way: i bit into it, and upon swallowing, i felt SOO MUCH BURNING...that i had to drink 2 or 3 glasses of milk, eat half a bagle, and keep a stream of water in my mouth for 10 minutes.
So just a helpful hint / warning

OWWWWWW! Really bad move Tobias, I never eat anything that hasn't been tested for spicyness! (If that is a word?!) Especially when it comes to peppers! LOL! Sorry for the inncident!  |

I've noticed that water doesn't actually help with spicy burning. I hear Bread is usually the best way to go. |

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that was what it was. But alas, despite my efforts, my hot sauce didn't come out that great. Even after putting a quarter-pound of the things in the sauce, its not that hot, at least by my standards. And it doesn't taste to good either, despite all my efforts to make it taste good. I think its because I used so many peppers, which for the most part, taste awful. |

ya. Insantiy peppers taste really bad. thats why the hottest sauces are soo disgusting to taste.
and yes Senkir, bread and milk and sugar are the best ways to go to extinguish a flaming mouth. But running cold water on the hot spot for a long enough amount of time works for me

I feel sorry for you Tobias.
but i have a funny prank to tell you about that I did to an enemy of mine about a year or so ago I bet him two dollars that he couldn't eat three of these little orangish red peppers well he did eat them but the funny part was when I gave him a plastic cup of root beer to help him cool his mouth down. I know that the was a realy mean thing to do but it was worth the two bucks:D |

heh...i once tried to get someone to eat a hot pepper....it didnt work though 
instead, i ate both a scotch bonnet, and a friggen habanero (Which was what i ate yesterday ) |
