Fred Durst and Scott Stapp - what do you think about these two?

i realize this was 2 years ago, and i could really care less, but i realize some people *coughmingcough* do care. so i pose this thread asking what do you think about these two and what went on? here to kick off the thread is a conversation between me and ming on aim (im fuzzynecromancer, hes mingthemerciless )

well, one of the reasons why Scott Stapp ran away from his family was because he didnt like how his dad was so strict on his religion. Then, when he went to college, he got into drugs, and all of that bad stuff. but anywho...thats my 2cents

From what I've heard Stapp and Durst are both primadonnas. Regardless of 'who did what' or 'who caused what' it stands to reason that the best course of action was to just not react to the situation. ANY reaction on either of their parts would just fuel the feud. They should have the common decency to respect one another. But you can't MAKE someone respect you! Their actions only caused fear/hate reactions. It's a vicious ego-driven cycle, but take away the fuel and the fire dies.

ming, if you would stop misconstruing what i say and quit making conclusions for one second and just read what im trying to say you would have understood my motives by now.

im saying that scott stapp is very religious, and we agree upon that. now, christianity (he is christian) teaches not to seek revenge or retaliate against those you dislike, but to instead love your enemy. well a true religious person is religious always, not just at mass, and this is true with EVERY religion. but he, he who practically preaches in his songs, sought revenge upon Fred Durst, which i think is hypocritical of him. that should make plenty of sense, and if not come over to my house and ill smack you upside the head till it does.
