Ya break ups are a pain in the backside it sucks or at least thats what all my friends tell me I have no real exp. in the romance department cause no girl has ever felt that way about me so all I'm able to give you is a shoulder to cry on and someone to talk to about how your feeling.. I always listen and at point am able to give some good advice. Like tobias said though talk to anyone here they'll at least listen and if they don't come find me I'll listen.

I can feel your pain Lanfear. But you wanna know what I
would do? Or, shall I say, what helped me? I know it's
easier said than done....but forget about him. There are
other fish in the sea (and I know you've probably gotten
that a lot lately too, right?) Anyway....work on some
hobbies of yours. Take your mind off of him and put it
somewhere else where it will be useful. Don't waste your
time thinking about someone who doesn't return the
feelings. You are better than that and you are better
than him. And by working on your hobbies, it will take
your mind off of him....also what really works and is a great
stress reliever is exercizing. I do it all the time and must
walk about 5 miles everyday when I get home from work.
Also get out and meet other people. Spend time with
friends who can help you and comfort you.
