AWA Hotel and Flight Arrangements

Ok everyone I will try to keep a running list here as well as personally. So far I have a confirmed 50 members coming to AWA. A handful of you will not require a hotel room and the others will so please let me know what you will need. Also let me know if you have flight info so we can put down who is picking you up as well as from what airline/time/flight #/day. We have five rooms at the hotel and for me to get everyone situated and accurate money estimates please get your info to me ASAP.

The rooms are as such Staff Room, Punkie Room, Party Room, Game Room and Quiet Room.
If you have a preference please let me know.

If everyone could PM me or Shino your information we'll update the list. Also, we are going to have some folks coming in early. We actually prefer to go this route as Friday is a hairy day at best with setting up and registrations. Shino is housing the entire NY crew and has room left and I have a couple folks too but have tons of room left. I will be going to the hotel fairly early on Friday to start setup and hotel rooms and registration so that we can set our early arrival folks up.

also, I'm probably going to go fer the Game room once again. I was about to ask what the Punkie room was about, but I suppose that question was already answered.

Doot!!!! Friday and Saturday Ming, Rev, Tobs, and I are staying at a different hotel. I'm not sure about all the info you can talk to ming about that, but we won't need a room!! But don't worry we'll still be hanging out all the time! Thanks Smile

Rock on UP. They'll probably be able to shuttle you guys between the two hotels although they are neighbors. We can just stagger between the two. ^_^
