Sprites of the Gryphman

Decided I should post here for a change.

Warning: I have looooooooooots of sprites, so this my take awhile.

My very first edit. Mostly a recolor of Bass. He's still one of my fav characters though. I'm planning on doing something with him eventually. ^_^

My second edit (I think). Riotman was made for a Protoman fangame someone was making. Never got done though. He's just an edited Sniper Joe. lol

Now we have a 16 bit version of Starman I did for a board related project. We were trying to make 16 bit versions of all the robotmasters. He's another Bass edit.

Next we have MvC Megaman X and MMX1 Zero. I did both of these for a little contest. I think it was just a general spriting contest. I was not only the only person to have MvC sprites, but was also the first person on the board to edit MvC MM sprites. I didn't win. :/

Next we have Striker Goku. He was another contest sprite. This time it was Custom Mavericks. He's made from Clownman. I didn't win this one either.

Starman.exe was for a custom navi contest. This one is one of my fav designs. I got honorable mention for this one.

MMX Bass was for another contest. He's one of my best designs. I got 3rd place. I got a little mad about this one. The two that beat me were not that good. There were better in the contest.

MMZ Masterex was not for a contest. I decided to forget about those for awhile. Masterex goes through all three megaman series. I just started getting the MMX version decided on.

Right after my first set of MvC MM sprites I did this. It's a version of Shadowman designed by a member of the board. I decided to do it for no particular reason. lol

Hey look! A non megaman sprite. It's Gina and Brittany Diggers from Gold Digger. One of my fav comics. I edited some MUGEN shots to make this.

My first Street Fighter edit. It's one of Marvel's most badass characters, Taskmaster. You can't really tell, but he used to be Guy from SFA3.

My two best Megaman sprites ever. I did these a couple months ago. Both have custom poses that took me forever to get right. As far as I know, no one has ever made a MvC Powered Bass sprite before.

My greatest achievement. My first completely original sprite. It's Ryan from Gold Digger. This was the toughest sprite ever. It took me probably a total of 10 hours to do.

i have to say, that all of the sprites there are pretty good. I especially like the bass one I also feel the same as sperret, whereas u should of also won that contest, cause that bass kicked arse.

Yeah I know. Most of the people that entered the contest were sure I'd get first or second place. The thing that pissed me off was that the first place one was this awful military green instead of black. He was also huge. About the size of normal Sigma. It didn't match the character at all.

Man Ryan really is awesome. And it took you 10 hours!!! I have been working more then 20 hours on a sprite char and I still haven't completed coloring it. x-x
