Well last night was interesting.
My first game I started out really well with 4 strikes
Got a couple of ridiculous carries at the end, but still ended up with a 206.
My second game wasn't quite as good but still above my average... 187
So up to this point, I have a 393 series with 2 games. OK I need a 207 to get a 600.
My third game started with 3 strikes. Then I got 9 spare the rest of the game. In the 10th frame, all I had to do was spare and get 6 pins to get my 207. Got the spare and got excited! Great... now I just have to get 6 pins...
Threw the ball right in the gutter.
All I could do was laugh. I ended up with a 201 and a 594 series.
Oh well... so much for my 2nd ever 600 series. It'll have to wait for another day. |

My second 600 series came ... and it was pretty convincing.

625 Series!
In the last two weeks, my average has gone up 2 pins.
It may not sound like a lot... but we've shot 81 games now... to make your average go up 2 pins in 2 weeks is a lot harder than it seems.
I'm now sitting at a 180 average. My goal is just to maintain a 180 for the rest of the season. Thats another... 7 weeks. |
