WHEYDA GAS AT?!?

Wow....that just sucks. My condolences to you all, that is not a fun situation to be in. I tell you what...until your shortage is over, I will suspend my complaining about how expensive gas(oline) is, because at least I can get it readily when needed.

When the stations around you guys do get gas, are they at least only charging relatively reasonable prices, or are they price-gouging you?

If anyone can find a way to legally and safely ship gas, I'd happily fill up a few barrels here and send it on down.

It's usually pretty gouged, actually. Not a -ton-, but the prices of gas in GA are currently in the top three for the US, for sure. They have to discourage the idiots who hoard, after all.

I managed to fill up wednesday afternoon at the same QT as Serina. Lines are LONG. Just as a note but I was able to fill up so I have gas to get to class! Wewt!

Oh my goodness guys. I think Virginia Beach woudl collapse if there was no fuel to purchase. I know there were issues after hurricane Isabella a few years ago and it was AWFUL.

Our gas prices had gone down but have gone back up a tiny bit.

Why, praytell, are you guys having this issue to begin with?

Doesn't it have something to do with Hurrican Ike supposedly taking out some refineries?

I'm just glad I found gas when I did...and I think it was actually Wednesday morning when I did, and only 3 cars deep for lines. The QT on the corner of 41 and Lower Roswell has been getting tanker refills. You just have to be there when they have gas, before they run out again.

The Racetrack across from SPSU has been pretty consistent too.

I got to witness a total blond episode involving a platinum blond girl in her Porche 911...who had to get the guy behind her to find her gas tank, the release button, and then pump the gas for her...L. O. L....glad I had entertainment!

I took a risk and lost 45 minutes of my life waiting at the BP off Franklin Road. I left while I could still get out when I saw me and my car were going to be the backdrop for the 10PM news. That was a strange experience b/c no one was going anywhere. I spent most of my time halfway up their driveway, but never making it to a pump.

Yeah, but you'd think other states would have the issues too, if that were the case. Unless Ike targeted -just- the refineries that went to GA. o.O

I saw that the EPA has announced that it will allow gasoline with the normal amounts of sulfur to come into ATL as of yesterday. Now what's taking so long anyway is still a mystery.

I may not be able to make it to work tomorrow and on top of that my car now has blown it's head gasket.

Yes! We're getting regular gasoline! I can go along with my normal life!

But we'll see what happens. It probably would be really "over" until the end of this weekend.
