You think that's bad, try driving in Germany. The Autobahn is great and everything but the surface streets don't even have names half the time. You just have to know where you're going. Seriously, there are two halves to my town, the American side and the German side and there is not a single street on the German side with a name. The only redeemable factor is that at the beginning and ending of every town there's a sign pointing to the nearest towns. As long as you know where the towns are that you need to go to you'll never get lost. |
