Not quite a few months, Shino. I'll be doing a bit of swimming this weekend. I'm going to Florida...It's going to be around 80°

Hee. Never been skiiing. I've only seen snow once in my entire life. Winter of '93 in Cropwell, Alabama. ^^ But yano...Oh well...I don't do much swimming, either. I don't leave the house much of ever. Yeah, yeah, I know it's bad for me...but...there dosen't seem to be alot outside for me to do. (I don't know anyone that lives around be...probably because I don't go outside...^^;; ) During the summer, I go down to the pool and lay on a float in the water, because...well, since I go during the day, no one's really home to be at the pool, so I usually have it to myself.

Bad update....I just settled down for a bath in mah garden tub...and...I sat in it for a while, and I started to get light headed (the bath wasn't all that hot...) And I felt sick at my stomach, so I walked into my living room and layed down on the couch...and layed there for a while...and once more, I could hardly breathe. Sigh. Doh

my educated opinion would be this:

shino has a point about the thin air in the mountains...its a very popular way for any type of cardiovascular trainer increases his breathing strength. This is because u build up more red blood cells in the thin air, and then when u have more O2 down closer to sea level, u have so much more red bllood cells, that ur able to breath better becuase of the massive clump of red blood cells that ur body has abundance of.

also, for cardiovascular exercise, swimming kicks ass, as well as walking/running. Another alternative would be biking (which is a really fun thing).

also another suggesting, is to play DDR but only light songs. By playing alot, ur body gains more strength all over (except for hte arms of course). That kindof increased my breathing a little bit more Very Happy

its completely ur choice though of what u do to make urself feel better

I play DDR alot...but...I need a new dance pad. ^^ I usually position it so that I can just fall back onto my bed if I get too tired and out of breath. And always have liquid nourishment near by. Hee. Gah! Now that you've said somthing about DDR, Boom Boom Dollar's stuck in my head...^^;; Anyone that's ever seen me play DDR knows that's my favorite song...

what difficulty can u do it? Just curious becuase im now doing most songs on DDR at Maniac / Heavy difficulty, and now starting to move into ONI mode...which is fu**in hard as hell Very Happy

My favorite song...which ive still to yet complete, would probably be MAX300 followed by B4U because that was the first song i completed on Maniac Smile

Hee. ^_^ I wore out my dance pad with DDR Max...It's fun. I do whatever difficulty I can take...At one point, I got to where I could do this:

Okay, here's the set up. My TV, my playstation 2. They face the couch, which had a mirror behind it. I actally got to the point where I could look at whoever was sitting on the couch and talk to them, and still get all my steps right, because, I was looking at the mirror behind them. ^^;; It was fun.

Not a bad setup, though I wish that DDR could come out for the gamecube, as I really just want a gaming system rather than one plus a DVD player et al.

i can talk to people sometimes on DDR, but at some points, i cant becuase it is way too hard. Im still working on MAX 300, but currently, Ming has the PS2 at college, and im stuck at home playing old school Konamix...which dont get me wrong, its fun, and has Superstar and Holic on it...two great songs Very Happy

ive gota challege for u katana: see how far u can go in Orion.78 (AMeuro-Mix) Ive got one tip to give to you: Dont let the speed of the song fool u (around 105 bpm)

i absolutely suck at ddr. the only dancing i can do good, is raving (if you can call that dancing) oldschool (kidNplay)
