I messed up my knees in football, ruined my shoulders in wrestling, and made both of those worse and my back with lifting.
Definitely, BWS has the best idea. Machines are tempory, but you need actual human hands...or just sit in a warm bath. That worked very well for me while I was experience a good amount of pain in wrestling. |
