I'd say fight it out with him. One on one debates are good for the soul or something. Granted if he starts getting gang-banged, much like liberal opresseors do against the conservative republicans, he'll either fight harder or cave in on himself and shut up.
But it's unfari to say he's a jerk-wad just beacause he backs up his info. And JUST because he goes to one source isn't a bad thing...How many reports have been written from ONE encyclopedia? How many words were defined using ONE dictionary? And how many programmers program using ONE C++ book and simply reading the new book from the same company each year? It's personal preference my friend.
I must also agree with Ropponmatsu though..If ya have a problem with ANOTHER board than complain on THAT board. I myself only frequent this board and I like thinking THIS is the only one out there cause I've found a niche and I'm sure there's WAY less F**k-heads (That's a compliment with emotion behind it BTW) on this board than there are on all them other boards out there. |

You know ... it occurs to me that some people take some things, and certain people, far to seriously. Greg is Greg and he'll always be Greg. Why should what he say surprise anyone, especially someone that knows him?
Personally, I find his opinions are always so far removed from my own, that I find it interesting.
Anyway ... their isn't any point arguing this. It's a rant thread and you ranted. I just wanted to add my piece and now I'm off to watch wrestling.
