What I learned at AWA 04

Why is it over! Why!

Friday: Day 1! Woohoo! Only half the tables were occupied that day and I gotta say, at one point, I wondered if most people had forgotten about AWA.

Saturday: Nop, they didn't forget! Saturday was the big day. So many awesome costumes (Shinobi cosplay = teh bestest). I didn't take as much pics as I should have but ... hey what can I say, something must have killed my inspiration for that day alone ^^;. But fear not! I had already taken 155 pics on friday so... I just took a break on saturday :p.

Sunday: The last day, I remember ... how full the garbage cans were it was crazy!

Lots of people sitting around the PO table ... lots of cool stuff to buy at the dealer's room that mystiriously seem to have just poped out of no where just as I already done all my shoping and no longer had money for anything ... haa, yup, the end was near *sob Can't wait for next year!

I miss saturday the most ... saturday felt like it would never end, yet like it was gone already; it felt too cool to be true, yet, it was reality ...

*hugs BWS* I know -exactly- how you feel! I wish Saturday would've lasted forever (I mean, not only was it ultra-cool in that there was another full day left, but EVERYBODY was there on Saturday!)

soo yeeaaah.. i'm a little late but hey, better late than never (i've been a lil busy so thbbbt! ) i thoroughly enjoyed myself despite a lil drama here and there (but my gosh what is a con without drama, eh?)

stuff i learned/random thoughts:

~texans are awesome.. wait i knew that! I'M a texan!! but honestly i've never felt such support and love, thanks dai, faye, boo and temp texan terin! thanks for the rootbeer, sweets! ^_~

~a good number of people who make amv's need to go to dafont.com *shivers* i don't think i can handle another script nararated drama amv..

~para para looks fun but i'm not stupid enough to try it in such an intimate situation.. and strip ddr is just. not. right. meep! put some clothes on!

~code*atom still rocks my chibi and moves my soul.

~doot, sciler, todd, and una are my lifesavers.. and i'll tell ya life IS delicious.. and fun to fondle! ^_~

~sciler's man is very funny "...badges badges badges badges, nerdBOY nerdBOY! ..OHH cosPLAY! Oh NO its cosPLAY! badges, badges, badges.."

~especially regarding BWS-1 "f*cking canadians"

~young pocket otakus make a very good sweat shop! STRING THOSE GLOWSSTICKS!! CRACKEM!! SELL SELL SELL!!!

~however princess sippicup scares young girls willing to buy glowsticks "BUY glowsticks NOW!!! RAR!! $8 A GLOWSTICK!! RAR!!" *charge*

~enon is beautiful and has lotso neat costumes and body paint!

~robert dejesus is da bombdiggity yo! and i have the badge to prove it!

~una glomping sippicup to explain to him what glomping is was a photo op i truly regret missing!

~be careful when you ask people to write something on you cause you might end up "heart"ing little boys.. ^^

~cap'n fab is a sweety and... always has a drink in his hand.

~the ny crew are da bomb as well. rev, tobs and ming are so lovable n sweet but no one is sweeter than underpants! i love you babe! we need y'all back!

~sperrit really should enter a brendan frasier look alike contest

~people for some reason can't even finish a half-pint of water.. its very very sad.

~you can passify kids with easymac and soda.. kinda

~we can fit seatbelts around senkir and random females on his lap.

~trouser trumpets make me giggle.. *giggles*

~not everyone finds sciler's projectile vomit as funny as me and doot

~everyone needs a crazy canadian to babysit their kids.. unless you want them to live.

~sign language is FUN!! *dirty dirty whore yaaaaaaaay*

~therin has a way with words.. either to disturb or flatter beyond all.

~goggles are apparently the new "do". specially HARRY POTTER ONES!!!

~reaper was cuter and scarcer than ever.. where were ya, yo?

~zortex can have good and bad timing and doesn't know much of what he's saying when he's drunk... but he loves cubscouts!

~philo is a wonderrful friend and patrol officer! Wink

~shino is the master seller.. and it was making me cry in fear!

~doot is a good mama bird.. she is the only reason i ate that weekend, thank you for sharing your food with me and making me eat.

and last but not least (and because i'm tired so i gotta go to bed)..
