I'm excited about the new PAs. Hopefully they will have the other spear PA and make using a spear NOT useless!

Today we got some cool stuff.
Apparently there is a new mission on Moatoob, haven't gotten to it yet.
New Story mission released. (good I like those)
Level cap increased to 70 (Great... I just hit the FIRST level cap!)
Also, a plethora of new PAs were unlocked. All melee weapons got a new PA (except single claw). Light and Dark bullets have been added. New light and dark techs are now available.
I bought 5 of them this morning.
Axe - 36000
Twin Claw - 36000
Spear - 16000
Rising Hit (light bullet) - 6000
Dark Hit - 6000
So far, Axe, Claw and Spear are all level 3. Rising Hit is level 2.
Recently, Seijuu hit level 51 and I've started running S missions more regularly since it's easy to find a group on Parum. I have 8 PA fragments already. Bring on the ultimate PAs baby! |

Whether you're one of the many fans who was disappointed with Phantasy Star Universe or a hardcore Phantasy fan still logging hours every day, you should probably begin preparing for round two. PSO-World has unveiled scans from a recent issue of Famitsu wherein Ambition of Illuminus, the first Phantasy Star Universe expansion, is officially announced. The article includes specifics gleaned from the Japanese magazine on new weapon types, weapons, SUVs, Photon Arts, stages, enemies, clothing, and a new casino. Phew, that's a lot of stuff.
Apparantly the article does not reveal if the expansion will have an offline/single-player story mode like the core game or if it will allow the transfer of existing accounts, but those seem to be likely features. The game will, of course, be coming to all of the platforms that the original PSU was found on: Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, and PC. More info as it becomes available! |

With all the talk about the upcoming expansion and new weps, I'm feeling the itch again. I'm currently trying to level my 48 to a Tech 3 so i can switch to Guntecher but its no fun going solo.
So anybody still play this thing or feel like giving it another go? I know that Ultrawolf, una, Shino and maybe Shandriz expressed interest.
I don't wanna play ALOT, too much to do...but I'm thinking a game night or two a week wouldn't be too bad. |

I'll do what I can. Unfortunately, weekdays are probably going to be out, because I don't think my Laptop can support PSU and I know my PC cannot. So I'll probably be playing on weekends/Fridays only, when I'm at Shino's house. |
