Just hit 4* Explosives so Driving is next on my list. 
Man this game is fun. I've actually been sitting by the supply point closest to the Volk kingpin... The storage facility I think... and I just take people out until they send a hit squad after me.  |

I hit driving and strenght max last night, gonna get agi and marksman up to max tonight. |

Driving is at level 3 now. I think 1/2 way to 4.
It's funny b/c I haven't even killed the 2nd kingpin yet.
Hey... when you get level 4 driving. Does killing guys with the chain gun on the roadster get you driving skill? |
