THat's the problem though ... lots of page contain the aforementioned MS BS, and those little errors drive me nuts. So it's IE for me.

True That.
I'll admit, I do have to load up IE every once in a while to view some pages that I get linked to by people.
But 99% of the stuff I view everyday looks perfect in all browsers.
Especially now that they fixed Yahoo. There were a few of the previously mentioned MSBS things in Yahoo mail. But since they have revamped it, they seem to be gone. |

I am teh converted. I post this very post even now in Opera. Shino is right, it has a very crisp and streamlined fill to it. Its actaully pretty refreshign since Ive been using IE for the better part of my adult life - its really cool. I also cant believe how much faster everything is - its weird. I thought DSL and my graphics card determined how fast stuff displayed, I guess there were more factors to consider.
Anyway, give Opera a shot! |

You are correct sir. Each browser has it's own way of rendering the pages from the code. The quality and efficiency of the renderer (and code behind it) helps the speed quite a bit. |

I downloaded Mozilla Firefox just a few days ago and I couldn't believe how much speedier it was. Internet explorer is now a thing of the past! |

Mm-hmm. I love the tabbed browsing innovation. It's one of the best things I've ever stumbled across. |

You're a computer guy Shino..Figure out a way to permanently disable IE on my comp...I tried deleting it but my comp won't let me...I don't wanna see that bastard prog ever-a-damn-gain. And I don't care if there are SOME pages I can't view...As long as I got my www.penny-arcade.com www.bobandgeorge.com and www.nuklearpower.com I'll be happy.
