"We'll find your Mask of Mirrors."

"Good, then," said the mage briskly, his staff clacking against the stone as he limped past Ultrawolf to Zzyxx, snatching the list in the process. "As for you," he said slowly, eyeing the young elf up and down, "Hmmm...your kind have been extinct for quite some time, no? How did you come to be here? Nevermind, let me have a look," he continued, stuffing the list up one sleeve of his robe and snatching the tablet, "This...is very old. I do not know if we have the resources here with which to translate it. However, one does not simply back down from such an...intriguing challenge as this." He retrieved the crumpled list and handed it to Zzyxx, his eyes still on the tablet. "Choose one, Mask of Mirrors is taken and you don't have enough people to survive the Labyrinth. By the time you return, we will have it translated, or have the names of someone who can. I'll get back to you when I'm finished with these two."
He turned once more to Ultrawolf and Rayne, his eyes flashing back and forth between them. "You know where the Bonji make their home?"

Zzyxx grinned widely. He then looked over the list and held it down so his she wolf could read it... Yes, she could read. After deliberating for a few minuets, Zzyxx looked back up at Therin.

"I believe i'll get you the Eye of the Yeti. Cold is my dominion after all. Oh, my people aren't quite extinct. There are a few clans left in my world. AS for how i got here, a tale for another time perhaps."

Zzyxx bowed to Therin in the way of the samurai: open palm placed on fist, bending at the hip, eyes up. He then walked outside the door and vanished into a cloud of mist.

"Not particularly."

"I know of them, Eastern shores of the Western continent, no? Other than that, I know not of where they reside."

Rayne watched Zzyxx leave the library, walking out to a destination he does not know.

"That boy is going to get himself killed one of these days."

Lews Therin watched the young man go. "No. Decidedly not one of the brightest stars in the sky, I would say. Well, if he doesn't make it, I will still have this fascinating scripture to examine..." He trailed off, staring at the scrawls.

With a shake, he composed himself again. "Ahh, yes, the Bonji tribes claim the eastern coastline, as well as some good distance inland of there. If you went the same way we did, you'll remember having had to dodge Bonji patrols to find the entrance to the Labyrinth. And the reason you have no specific locations for them is that there are none. The Bonji migrate, ceaselessly, from north to south and back again as the seasons come and go. They have a single solid stopping point between and that is their shrine to Xolattr, their sun God. My sources believe the Mask of Mirrors can be found there. If you don't know about the Bonji, be warned. They have built an immunity to the myriad of venomous plants and animals of the region that you do not have. You will take an old travelling companion of mine with you. His name is Jaim Windar, and he will prove quite useful for making moving objects cease to do so. He will be here presently. Until then, you will wait."

"I'm not too familiar with that area Rayne...should we get some books on that region or do you think we should manage it and figure it out as we go?"

"I suppose if we are to wait, familiarizing ourselves with the region would further ensure our return trip."

With that, Rayne began to walk around the library, collecting books on the region. He knew the library's layout well enough to not get frustrated or ask for help.

"Welcome back, young wayfarer into the great beyond! Ryltar is North. If you have money, you will want to hitch a mercant ship to Tylan and gather information about the Eye from there. I believe it was a relic left behind by the warrior tribes of the frozen north, who made in honor of the ruler of the tribes. It, and the hammer into which it was grafted, was supposedly the symbol of ultimate power among the tribes. Where it might have been left, I cannot tell you."
